By viewing and purchasing treats off this website, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
Allergy Disclaimer:
Treats may come into contact or contain common food allergens such as milk, nuts, and wheat. The customer is responsible for notifying those who consume the treat. The customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Leigh's Treats stores and packages products containing these allergies. While precautions are taken to limit cross-contamination, it may occur between food products, so the dessert box may contain some allergens. The customer is responsible for knowing about any food allergies and verifying products before handling and consuming. Leigh's Treats is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects. Contact me directly with any questions about the treats or a specific allergy or dietary concern.
Design:
Leigh's Treats will make every attempt to duplicate color designs shown on the website or specified by the customer. However, it may not be possible to match an exact shade of color. Leigh's Treats is not responsible for color variations shown on different computer monitors or color changes as a result of exposure to light. Discounts or refunds are not offered if the exact color shade is not met.
Care and Handling:
Leigh's Treats is not responsible for any damage to treats after delivery is complete or the customer has picked up the treats. The customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of the treat once it leaves my possession.
Delivery:
Delivery date and place will be mutually agreed upon between the customer and myself. Deliveries are only made up to a 20 mile radius from downtown Nashville.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Leigh's Treats does not accept cancellations or refunds at this time.
Photographs and Marketing:
Leigh’s Treats respects the privacy of all customers. Leigh’s Treats will not disclose the identity of any customer (photograph of the customer, name, email, etc) without permission. Leigh’s Treats does reserve the right to photograph the treats to use on the website and social media sites.
Modifications to Pricing:
Leigh’s Treats reserves the right at any time to alter the pricing of treats.
Changes to Terms of Conditions:
Leigh’s Treats reserves the right to update, change, or replace parts of the Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to the website. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check the website for changes. By accessing the website or purchasing treats after changes to the Terms and Conditions, the customer is accepting the changes.
